CADMUS TRAINING
The US. Military transitions over 200,000 Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Airmen annually. These men and woman are highly trained and experienced in skills instilled, developed and refined in service to our country. There is no better pool of men and women who have made a significant personal investment in the national security of the United States.

CADMUS STRATEGY
Hiring cybersecurity professionals for a startup, large corporation, or government entity has never been more difficult. Currently, the U.S. cybersecurity job market faces a shortage of 3.4 million personnel in 2023.
Nine in 10 businesses struggle to find and hire enough IT talent. Cleared cybersecurity professionals make up a very small pool of resources, and the pool is getting smaller as the private sector incentivizes them away. The government further exacerbates this shortage by limiting the number of new security clearances granted each year.
A readily accessible, cleared workforce is necessary to adequately ensure the security of the nation. DoD personnel in the IT space are also required to acquire a certification on the DoD 8570.01-M list to quality for a position in the government. This is often a difficult, obscure, and inconsistent exam developed by a third party.
This frequently necessitates a boot camp for thousands of dollars out of pocket, which steers people out of the defense market as a place with too many barriers to start. This is a threefold challenge facing the Defense Software industry and a critical threat to our national security.
