CADMUS STRATEGY

The US. Military transitions over 200,000 Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Airmen annually. These men and woman are highly trained and experienced in skills instilled, developed and refined in service to our country. There is no better pool of men and women who have made a significant personal investment in the national security of the United States. CADMUS started as part of the U.S. Army’s Career SkillsProgram (CSP) training program at Fort Bragg. It has since been expanded DoD wide to include all branches of the service.The CSP participant receives a robust set of skills, certifications, and an entry point into a fast-growing, highly sought after, and highly compensated industry at no cost to the participant. The participant also receives a smooth transition from the military world into the Defense Industrial and Federal Government realm.

INTEGRATION AND HANDOFF

INTEGRATION

CADMUS trained personnel fill existing gaps in customer’s programs. Bringing motivated, highly trained, certified, cleared, and diverse workforce to contract efforts within DoD and other Government Agencies.

PARTICIPATION HANDOFF

After one-year probationary period, the customer will have the opportunity to transition selected, or all, CADMUS participants to full time employment. Optionally contract holders can opt to leave CADMUS graduates on a CINTEOT subcontract to assist with set-aside goals.

ABOUT CINTEOT

Cinteot is a small (about 70 employees) 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB with a Top-Secret Facility clearance based in Chambersburg, PA. A fair amount of our work is within the intel community in a CI or FS Poly environment.

Cinteot is CMMI: DEV Level 3, CMMI: SVC Level 3. and ISO 9001, 2001-1, 2015 and 27001 Certified.
